Condition Information

All orders placed via the site (ereshop.com) are subject to terms of the following Conditions of Orders. No change, alteration, deletion or modification of any of this Agreement.

Duties and Taxes
All import duties, taxes and customs(brokers) clearance charges are the responsibility of customers.

When we send the shipment to the delivery companies(DHL and FedEx depend on areas). We will send a tracking number of the shipment to you via your email. Or you can log-in your account and look at the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your shipment on the delivery companies(DHL and FedEx)'s website.

!Please contact your local delivery companies(DHL and FedEx) at your country by using the tracking number before the shipment arrive at your country. You have to ask them about all local charges such as import duties, taxes and customs(brokers) clearance charges.

All local charges of an order at your country such as import duties, taxes and customs(brokers) clearance charges are responsibility of customers. If you are not sure about these charges of your country and you want to cancel and refund the order, please contact us before the order is shipped from us.

In case you cancel an order before it is shipped out of our company. We will refund you all money that we receive. However fees and charges of the payment service companies such as Paypal, 2C2P and banks will not be refunded.

In case you cancel an order after it is shipped out of our company. All the fees and charges are responsibility of customers including returning back of the shipment charges.


Repairing or Exchanging
1. The products are modified or used and something goes wrong. We can help you to determine the defective parts. Also we can repair the items for you. However, cost of shipping charges, cost of taxes, cost of duties and cost of replacement parts are the responsibility of customers

2. Within 21 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. In case of the defective parts are failure due to a manufacturer error. we will repair or exchange the items for customers.

Damaged in Shipment
Please contact support at ereshop dot com right away. Please describe the damages and attach pictures of the damaged items. Replacement items will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Warranty
Now, we have no warranty for products are manufactured from ERE Company Limited. and all products on ereshop.com website.


Payment
1. We offer Paypal account payment. This payment method has no minimum order limit.

2. We offer credit cards (VISA, MASTER and JCB) payment through 2C2P with SCB bank payment gateway. Also we provide extra security for online shopping with 3D secure protection. Customers must register through the banks or companies that issued your credit cards.
The VISA card must be registered for Verified by VISA.
The MASTER card must be registered for Mastercard Secure Code.
The JCB card must be registered for J Secure.
This payment method has no minimum order limit.

3. We also offer International Bank Transfer (SWIF). All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of customers. Please do not deduct the bank fees from total amount of order. You must pay all fees and charges. The order will process and ship immediately once we receive payment in our account.
After you complete your order, Please wait until we confirm your shipping address because we cannot ship any shipments to the areas that out of service areas of the delivery companies. If you don't receive an email by 24 hours (working day), please contact us. In case, we transfer money back to you, the bank fees are the responsibility of customers. The bank fees will be deducted from the amount of your money. The minimum order for this payment method is $USD300.

Currency
All prices are $USD.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be prepaid by customers. Actual shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Before checkout, the website will show the shipping charges for customers by list of charges for shipping methods available from your items in your cart and your selected destination.
If you would like to know a shipping cost of a shipment, please do following steps.
1. Choose products into a shopping cart.
2. Click the cart icon to view the shopping cart page, if you are not on the shopping cart page.
3. At the bottom of the cart page, select a destination country and a city.
4. Click the "Update" button then you can see the shipping cost.

Shipping Method
DHL: This service is an express and confident shipping service. Maybe DHL can pickup shipments every one or two business days. You can control delivery time. DHL sends shipments to you, usually 2-7 business days. Customers can track the shipments on www.dhl.com. However in some cities, DHL doesn't have services, so we don't ship products to these areas.

FedEx: This service is an express and confident shipping service. FedEx can pickup shipments every one or two business days. You can control delivery time. FedEx sends shipments to you, usually 2-7 business days. Customers can track the shipments on www.fedex.com. However in some cities, FedEx doesn't have services, so we don't ship products to these areas.

If a shipping address is in remote area maybe the delivery companies will charge for this area from customers. This extra charge will be shown to you when you place an order. In case a delivery company doesn't show you the extra charge of the remote area, we will select the other delivery company that can ship the order to the remote area without extra charge to customers. However, by now we will pay this extra charge for customers who have order total grater than $USD300.

Free shipping
1. You must have at least $USD200 per shipment.
2. Free shipping is worldwide shipping. However, the shipping addresses must be in service areas of the delivery companies.
3. The shipping addresses must not be in remote areas.
4. The shipping addresses must not be in special areas that have extra charges from the delivery companies.
5. Free shipping is a delivery service by DHL, FedEx and UPS. ERESHOP will select one of these companies for international shipping. ERESHOP will ship orders with EMS for shipping in side Thailand. The delivery time is about 3-10 business days.

Refund
1. We can refund you all money that we receive. However we cannot refund you fees and charges of payment service comapnies such as Paypal, 2C2P and banks. Because these companies and banks will not refund fees and charges.
2. In case the refund process needs more extra charges. The extra charges will deduct from total amount of money.

Returns policy
1. We cannot accept the return of opened items.
2. Returns for any unused and unaffected goods permitted within 21 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
3. All returns must be authorized by an RMA number. Email support at ereshop dot com for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise. Please include your name, order number and the reason for the return in your email request.
4. All returns will incur a 10 percent payment service charge.
5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
6. Fees and charges of payment service companies such as Paypal, 2C2P and banks are not refundable.
7. Returned goods shipping charges are the responsibility of customers.
8. Duty/tax if any are not refundable.
